Adobe Rose Restaurant showcases the vibrant cuisine and rich culture of New Mexico with a menu and décor specializing in unique Southwestern flavors and themes. Nestled in the luxurious Adobe Rose Inn, we feature fine dining in the evening and an affordable, fast lunch. Our main room is set in a beautifully preserved historical adobe building providing an intimate and one-of-a-kind experience. We boast the most beautiful courtyard with a fire-pit centerpiece, bubbling pond and good music for those perfect New Mexico evenings.
Investing in our community
In 2011, Chad Harcrow and Tom Winters discovered a quaint little bed and breakfast called The Adobe Rose for sale on the outskirts of Artesia, NM. Chad, Tom’s nephew, decided to buy the property and his wife, Megan Harcrow, would run the Inn. Tom planned to remodel half of it into what would become the Adobe Rose Restaurant. With his daughter, Chef Chloe Winters, they transformed the space into their vision of Southwestern culture.
Adobe Rose Restaurant is a true family affair. In addition to the father/daughter duo, two of Tom’s siblings also put resources and efforts together for the creation of the restaurant.
The building is charming with a historical significance in the area. With its location across the street from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), Tom and family chose to showcase all things New Mexico to all of those coming from across the nation to train in Federal law enforcement as part of the Department of Homeland Security.
Inspired by the spirit of New Mexico
New Mexico is one of the few states where just about everything is grown and produced in both food and drink. It is home to vast wineries and breweries as well as farmland and food manufacturing plants. Thus virtually all our food and drinks come from the great state of New Mexico. We feature a unique and varied menu. Fine Dining in the evenings. Casual lunch as well as a fantastic Sunday brunch featuring a fruit filled Mimosa Bar.
